Since so many people make New Year's resolutions that involve going to the gym and losing weight, I decided to share my absolute favorite way to workout. It's a class called Body Pump (Les Mills is the developer and then gyms use the program in their own classes). Today was my first day of Body Pump for the new year. It makes working out so much fun. The class flies by because of the great upbeat music. It's a barbell weight class that strengthens your entire body and works all your major muscle groups. You can see results quickly with this workout and it makes you feel great!
Working out has always been important to me, although sometimes my busy college schedule doesn't always allow for me to be as consistent as I would like. I'm determined to stay consistent this coming semester to keep sain as I study for the CPA exam.
